Enviromatch’s Containerized Wastewater Treatment T-MBBR System – 50 m3/day – Saudi Arabia

Updated:

Enviromatch recently designed and supplied a 50 m3/day Containerized Wastewater Treatment T-MBBR System in Saudi Arabia. The system consisted of one high cube 20ft shipping container, complete with anoxic tank, aeration tank, clarifier tank, up-flow automatic media filter, chlorine contact tank, FRP handrail, FRP ladder, FRP grating walkway, regenerative blower, electrical Oil-free air compressor, chlorine dosing system, static screen, hopper, and PLC control.

The Containerized Wastewater Treatment T-MBBR System was installed in a remote location in Saudi Arabia, where traditional wastewater treatment methods were not feasible. The system’s flexibility and mobility made it an ideal solution for the project, allowing it to be easily transported and installed at the project site.

The high treatment capacity of the Containerized Wastewater Treatment T-MBBR System also made it an excellent choice for the project. Despite its compact size, the system was able to effectively treat 50 m3/day of wastewater, meeting the project’s requirements.

Enviromatch’s Containerized Wastewater Treatment T-MBBR System is also designed to be low maintenance, reducing the overall cost of wastewater treatment for the project. The system’s simple design and easy-to-use PLC control system require minimal maintenance and operator intervention, making it an excellent choice for remote locations where labor costs are high.

Advantages of Containerized Wastewater Treatment T-MBBR System

Containerized Wastewater Treatment T-MBBR System is a popular choice for wastewater treatment in many industries, including municipal, industrial, and commercial applications. The system provides a range of advantages over traditional wastewater treatment methods, including:
